  • What happens if a line is out of stock?
    If an item is out of stock, get in touch with us and we will email you when the line is replenished. WE 3AT BEATS is a small independent business and we only stock small quantities of product. We produce limited runs on our designs and they do sell out quickly. Please follow us on our socials for information on our restock status
  • Can I cancel, amend or exchange my order once it has been placed?
    Unfortunately we cannot cancel, amend or exchange an order once it has been placed. Fear not though! We accept 30 day returns. So, simply request a return and we will refund your order as soon as we receive it.
  • Why have a received a refund?
    There are times when demand for our designs peak and they suddenly become unavailable. When this happens, we will email you informing you of the situation and issue a refund for your order. If you have ordered multiple items, we will dispatch the ‘in stock’ items and only refund what is unavailable.
  • Am I able to return an order?
    Absolutely! We all change our mind from time to time and, as long as the item is returned in an unworn, undanced in condition, we will issue your refund. All instructions on creating a return and refund can be found under our ‘refunds’ section.
  • Do you ship outside of the UK?
    At the moment we don’t ship outside of the UK, apart from the Republic Of Ireland. World wide shipping is something we aim to offer as the business grows! Please follow us for updates!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
